Shipping policy

Sightline Outfitters ships orders using trusted U.S.-based fulfillment partners to provide reliable and timely delivery.

Orders under $150 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options such as 2-day or overnight delivery may be available at checkout for an additional cost when eligible.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. Fulfillment shipping is not available to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations may be canceled and refunded.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Certain products may require an adult signature upon delivery due to carrier, manufacturer, or legal requirements. Any applicable signature requirement will be automatically applied at the time of shipment.

Some items classified as limited quantity or hazardous materials may require special shipping methods and may not be eligible for expedited shipping. Shipping carriers and methods are determined at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping to PO Boxes may be limited, and expedited shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses. If an order ships in multiple packages, tracking information will be provided for each shipment. Only one signature fee, if required, will be applied per order.
